Shift Leave

This is the first of the two user-definable leave types. The name, and options on the payment and calculation methods, are able to be changed in the Payroll, but the only effect these will have in Remote is that the name will change (the letter F used to identify this leave does not change).

For purposes of clarity, the help file always refers to this leave type as "Shift Leave".

Shift leave requires the days to pay and the cost centre to be entered.

To pay Shift leave, enter either "F" or "8" as the payment type.

Days to Pay  This can either be Days to Pay or Hours to Pay, depending on what was set in the Payroll (both user-defined leave types take this setting from whatever Holiday Pay has been assigned as).

Cost Centre  This is the cost centre assigned to the leave payment. The cost centre name will also be displayed.
