Long Service Leave

Long Service Leave requires the Units to pay and a cost centre.

To pay long service leave enter "7" or "O".

Long service leave may be paid in days or hours. The caption may change depending on the company setup – either days or hours.

Days to Pay  This is the number of days worth of long service leave to pay to the employee.

Cost Centre  This is the cost centre assigned to the long service leave payment. The cost centre name will also be displayed.

Dates Taken

Click the Dates Taken button to specify the calendar day(s) on which the leave was taken. Click on the cell for the appropriate day, and then click on the "+" tool or optionally right-click on the cell to select via the right-click menu.
