Incident Register - Injury

The Injury tab of the Incident Register window allows you to select the general body areas affected in this incident. After selecting a general area, a box listing more specific injury locations will appear.

Injury Location  Specify the body part or parts that were injured. Click a check box on the diagram, and if appropriate select from the second set of check boxes to clarify the exact body part. If multiple body parts were injured, tick the boxes for all affected body parts.

What type of Injury?  Select the type of injury from the list box, e.g. fracture, dislocation, sprain, burns, etc.
