Incident Register - Action

The Action tab of the Incident Register window is where you describe the actions taken to prevent future recurrence of the incident.

What action will be taken to prevent a recurrence?

Describe the measures Preventative measures include training on how to perform the job safely, improved tools & equipment, general tidiness, and minimising or removing the hazard. Up to three data entry fields are available, if more than one action is required and more than one Exo Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for carrying them out.

Set Reminder  For each action, you have the option of generating a reminder for the preventative action to be taken. Tick the check box to set the reminder.

Person  Name the person responsible for carrying out the preventative action.

Date  Enter a date for the reminder here or click on the date/time picker.
