To Add a New Tenant by Using the Web Interface
You can add a new tenant to your instance in one of the following ways:
- By using MYOB Acumatica ERP Configuration Wizard. For more information, see To Add a New Tenant by Using the MYOB Acumatica ERP Configuration Wizard in the MYOB Acumatica Installation Guide.
- By using the Tenant List (SM203530) form, as described below.
Note: A warning message appears when attempting to add a new company, if doing so would
cause you to exceed your licence limits.
To Create a New Tenant
- Open the Tenant List (SM203530) form.
- On the form toolbar, click Insert Tenant to create a
tenant.
The Tenants (SM203520) form opens as a pop-up window. Note the tenant ID, which the system automatically generates for the new tenant.
- In the Login Name box, type the tenant name as it should
appear on the Sign-In page. Note: If you want to add a tenant for training or test purposes, enter a name that clearly indicates that this is a test tenant.
- Click Save on the dialog box toolbar.
The system creates a new tenant with no data and opens the Sign-In page with the new tenant selected as the default login tenant.
