WorkCover History
Form ID: (MP.PP.45.00)
On the WorkCover History form, you can view employees' WorkCover payments over a period of time. This form is only available for companies in Australian jurisdictions.
Summary Area
In this area, you can set filters to refine the list of entitlement accruals. All filters are optional, e.g. if no employee ID range is specified, accruals for all employees will be displayed.

| Selection | The property that WorkCover payments should be filtered by. Select one of the
following options:

| Start Date / End Date | If Selection is set to "Physical Pay Day", "Pay Period Start Date", or "Pay Period End Date", use these fields to set the range of dates to display WorkCover payments for. |
| From Pay Run ID / To Pay Run ID | If Selection is set to "Pay Run", use these fields to set the range of pay runs to display WorkCover payments for. |
| From Employee ID / To Employee ID | Use these fields to filter the displayed WorkCover payments according to a range of Employee IDs. |
| Liability Class | Select a specific liability class to display WorkCover payments for, or leave this field blank to display all payments. |
Table
The main table displays all pay items that meet the filtering criteria.

| Employee Name | The employee who the entitlement applies to. |
| Pay Run ID | The entitlement being accrued. |
| Physical Pay Date | The Physical Pay Date of the pay that this pay item was a part of. |
| Pay Period Start | The Pay Period Start Date of the pay that this pay item was a part of. |
| Pay Period End | The Pay Period End Date of the pay that this pay item was a part of. |
| Class Code | The ID code of the WorkCover liability class that the pay item belongs to. |
| Description | The description of the WorkCover liability class. |
| Rate | The applicable WorkCover rate, as determined by the liability class. |
| Pay Item | The code of the pay item that the WorkCover payment relates to. |
| Item Amount | The amount of the pay item. |
| Liable | Whether or not the pay item is liable for WorkCover. |
| Levy Payable | The amount of the WorkCover payment. |
