This report displays the total amount of payables outstanding for each supplier as well as the GST that is owed for each payables. It is especially helpful to accountants in reconciling the GST control accounts for cash-based GST reporters.
An Out of Balance amount appears on the report. It is the difference between the balance of the payables linked account and the total of the outstanding bills.
note : If you are using the multicurrency feature, the Out of Balance field does not appear.
