Printing POSTbillpay in person payment barcodes
Since the POSTbillpay in person payment method requires a barcode, you must make sure that the barcodes are printed correctly. Most laser and inkjet printers will print barcodes on M-Powered Invoices correctly.

toner — Do not print invoices containing barcodes when the printer toner is low

one invoice per page — Set up your printer so that it prints one invoice per page
|

|
compress mode — Do not set printers to compress mode
|
▪
|
paper — Barcodes should only be printed on a paper with a white background. Do not print invoices on stationery with a coloured background
|
▪
|
printer resolution — If the resolution of your printer is too low and you try to print a barcode, a confirmation message appears.

Click No and check that you are not printing in draft mode or refer to your printer documentation. If you click Yes, the invoice will be generated without the barcode. Instead, the barcode field will contain the phrase ‘Not Available’. Such an invoice cannot be processed and shouldn’t be sent to the customer.
