Sales & Purchases Information window—Comments view

The Comments view of the Sales & Purchases Information window enables you to view and set up a list of comments (greetings, memos, reminders and other salutations) that you can include on sales and purchases.

Field Descriptions

Comments tab

Click to view and create comments.

Shipping Methods tab

Click to view and create shipping methods.

Referral Source tab

Click to view and create referral sources.

Payment Methods tab

Click to view and create payment methods.

Comments list

This list displays all of your comments.

New

If you want to create a new comment, click New.

Edit

If you want to edit a comment, select it in the list and then click Edit.

Delete Comment (Edit menu)

If you want to delete a comment, select it in the list and then go to the Edit menu and choose Delete Comment.
